to heal = to make whole

Healing doesn’t begin with answers.

 

It begins with a willingness to sit with what’s here.

​

When we stop pushing things away or trying to make them different, something softens.

 

We start to notice instead of react, to listen instead of control.

 

And in that quiet shift, parts of us that have been waiting begin to come forward.

What they need isn’t fixing. It’s space.

​

Space to be seen. Space to be felt. Space to exist without pressure.

​

And in that space, something changes.

 

Not all at once, but enough to remind us that we’re still connected to ourselves.

That we never really left.
