Inner Child Healing with C.O.R.E.

Inner Child Healing with C.O.R.E. Education Groups offers a supportive, guided space to gently reconnect with the younger parts of you that are still holding emotion, memory, and unmet needs. Through the C.O.R.E. framework—Conscious Awareness, Ownership, Release, and Engage—you’ll learn how to recognize when your inner child is being activated, and how to meet that part of yourself with curiosity, compassion, and care.

In a group setting, you won’t just learn the process—you’ll experience it. As you listen, share, and reflect alongside others, you begin to feel less alone and more connected to your own inner world. Over time, this work becomes empowering. You develop the ability to soothe, support, and respond to yourself in moments that once felt overwhelming. This is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about building a relationship with yourself that brings healing, trust, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
